UPDATED INFORMATION IN ITALICS BELOW...
Onyx FC will be hosting the Rumble in the Railyard 3v3 Street Soccer Tournament on June 12-14. Magellan Soccer players should register for the event through the Magellan Soccer website. Non-Magellan soccer players that would like to play with Magellan teams are also encouraged to register through our site. Note that non-Magellan players must gain permission from their existing coach to play with Magellan teams. Note that early-bird pricing ends on May 11th.
Onyx FC is also in need of volunteers for the event. Magellan parents can volunteer through the registration process. Volunteer needs are:
- Event Set-Up
- Team Registration
- Vendor/Volunteer Check-In
- Hospitality Team
- Field Team
- Referee Station Team
- Water Distribution Team
- Clean-Up Team
- Photographer/Videographer
- Emcee
- Medical Team
- Merchandise Team
If possible, Onyx FC has asked for volunteers to commit to a half-day of volunteering. The approximate time slots are available:
- Friday, June 12: Noon-4:00 pm or 4:00-8:00 pm
- Saturday, June 13: 8:00 am-Noon, Noon-4:00 pm, or 4:00-8:00 pm
- Sunday, June 14: 8:00 am-Noon, Noon-4:00 pm, or 4:00-6:00 pm
All new volunteers will receive a free ONYX shirt to wear while they volunteer and we will have snacks/water available to them during their shift.
